Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan is an Australian actress and model. She was born on the 10th May in 1981. Her fame was sparked in Australia due to her portrayal of Pepper Steiger, which she played over a 100 episodes in the soap opera from Australia Neighbors between 2006 between 2006 and 2007. Two projects brought her to Hollywood: the choral drama Hollywood & Wine starring as an aspiring Hollywood actress. Then she was offered a part in the role of Maya who is a stunning medical student, in Scrubs' ninth season. But, the show suddenly has been stopped. She then continued filming a Farrelly Brothers comedy Good to Shoot, starring Jason Sudeikis as well as Owen Wilson. Then she was in B-series movies and series shorts. In 2013, she was able to land more exposed projects: she appeared on six of episodes in the detective series Franklin and Bash then landed her first part in the web-series Chosen carried with Milo Ventimiglia. She is in the initial two seasons of the show and also gives the response to Chad Michael Murray. In the following year she appeared in the supporting parts in two films that feature aircraft scenes.
