Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a sixteen year old American who was who was born in Miami Florida. She is half English as well as Spanish She is the child of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker and Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. The father of her was Argentine with Scottish as well as English roots. The mother of Taylor-Joy is Spanish and has English roots. Taylor Joy has four brothers and sisters, with one coming at each one of their parents' previous marriages. The family was originally from Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria as Taylor-Joy reached the age of six. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was a very difficult experience. She was not willing to study English and was hoping to relocate back to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was required to enroll her. Later she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. At the age of 16 she left the college and began pursuing a career as an actress full-time. Taylor-Joy has always known she wanted to be an actor. She was given a chance to try it by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management, who offered her the opportunity to model.
